1. Service Description

The SEO MCP provides SEO data tools accessible through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service is operated by DFY Hub.

2. Account & Credits

You must create an account to use the service. Credits are consumed when tools are called. Subscription credits renew monthly and unused credits roll over. Free-tier bonus credits do not expire. Refunds for unused subscription credits are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute raw data from the service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit tracking
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer the MCP server or its data sources

4. Data Accuracy

SEO data is provided as-is from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned by the tools. Use the data for informational and research purposes.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and rate limits may temporarily affect availability.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
